Expert Patients Programme

The Expert Patients Programme is a free six-week course for people over 18 living with or caring for someone with a long term condition.

This self-care management course consists of a series of sessions that aim to give people the confidence, skills and knowledge to manage their condition better and be more in control of their lives.

The courses are free and run in a variety of locations. Courses run over six weeks, and each session lasts two-and-a-half hours.

Participants must attend at least four of the six weeks in order to receive a comprehensive understanding of the course information.
