As the former Strategic Lead for Carers, NHS BEN, I was disappointed to find the Carers Service very hard to find on the NHS BEN website and that the Carers Insight had not been updated for some while. Although I am now self employed as a Complementary Therapist I still do quite a lot of work for Carers, who say they often feel marginalised and overlooked. As 1 in 8 of your population will be carers, please can the link to Carers Support be more prominent? Thank you

I apologise if the website gives the impression that our carers are an afterthought; that is certainly not the intention of the website redesign, which was meant to make everything easier to find.
