Wellness Recovery Action Plan 2010 Programme report
Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) is a self-help programme designed to increase awareness of mental wellbeing and encourage individuals to be more active in maintaining good mental heath. This report documents a year long programme of WRAP delivery and its outcomes.
