Opening times

Normal opening times are 9am to 5pm. In many areas we have extended opening hours, with 8.30am start or 6pm finish. Children’s weight management services are run after school.

What to expect when you use the service for the first time

You will be assessed by a dietitian (food expert) at your first appointment. The dietitian will ask you about your eating habits, and if they relate to a specific medical problem. An action plan may be agreed with the individual and a follow-up appointment may be offered.
