Partners in Health Centre
The Partners in Health Centre provides support for patients with long term conditions. The Centre brings together expertise from Heart of England NHS Foundation Trust and NHS Birmingham East and North.
Note that many of the services based in the Partners in Health (PiH) Centre, Yardley Green Road in Bordesley Green, have now moved from to the Swan Centre in Yardley. Physiotherapy services have been transferred to the Richmond Primary Care Centre.
This is because the Trust no longer has use of the building.
