Who was asked their views?

People from across the city, with patients who suffer from rheumatoid arthritis, and stakeholders who are involved directly or indirectly with care.

What did people say?

Feedback showed that proximity of surgery, and a nurse-led service were important factors in service delivery.

What was the result?

For east and north Birmingham, the results of consultation will be used to inform the business case for service redesign.
