Trust Temporary Staffing Bureau

The Trust Temporary Staffing Bureau (TTSB) at NHS Birmingham East and North is a centralised temporary staffing function which will be provided to the whole organisation.

This is an internal bank of workers recruited locally, meeting operational needs, filling temporary service gaps and trained internally to meet Trust standards. The TTSB is closely aligned to internal workforce development.
