Future Jobs Fund is a national initiative lead by the Department of Work and Pensions, designed to support the long term unemployed back into employment, through funding of six month supernumerary posts.

NHS Birmingham East and North used this opportunity to create 40 opportunities across range of roles, supporting service delivery and community engagement.
