Apprenticeships
The NHS Birmingham East and North (NHS BEN) Apprenticeship Scheme is a great way to start a career.
It will provide the opportunity to gain up to 12 months valuable work experience, develop knowledge and skills and achieve a nationally recognised qualification.
The full Apprenticeship is made up of a NVQ, a Technical Certificate and Key Skills in Numeracy and Literacy. NHS BEN Apprentices can also earn up to £100 study allowance per week throughout the course of the placement and all course fees will be paid for.
Apprentices prove invaluable both to the department the are placed in and to the wider organisation, in terms of the support they provide and in shaping and influencing the future workforce.
