Find out about some of the support services available to staff at NHS Birmingham East and North.

• Childcare Support through the Busy Bees Voucher Scheme
• Staff Counseling Service – Provides Staff with a private and confidential counselling service. Personal or professional issues may be discussed
• Occupational Health – An independent confidential and professional advisory service for all staff and managers including, advice and support in dealing with sickness absence issues and a staff counselling service
• Carers Support – A service that offers information, advice and support to all employees who are also carers, as well as signposting to other services which may be able to help them
• Listening Ears – A Listening Ear is a specially trained volunteer from within the Trust who is available to listen and support Trust employees if they feel they need someone to talk to in a confidential manner.
