Dame Carol Black launches Fit For Work Scheme

Ambulance service want your views

The West Midlands Ambulance Service (WMAS) is asking for your experiences with the emergency service.

WMAS is inviting you to take part in a patient survey for anyone who has dialed 999 for medical assistance. The survey will be another avenue (in addition to PALS, Complaints and Compliments) of measuring patient experience so they can improve the service that we deliver. (more…)
