Working Together for Health

Working Together for Health is a partnership with Heart of England NHS Foundation Trust, Solihull NHS Care Trust and Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust.

The project aims to meet the health needs of local residents by looking at targeted activity levels.
