Workforce planning

NHS Birmingham East and North aims to set a strategic direction for workforce planning across the Local Health Economy (LHE) with a process designed to support the LHE in developing its future and current workforce. 

The relationship between data, service development, and strategic and operational interventions has been established and this has been undertaken through the creation of workforce plans and a number of relevant workforce groups.
