Leadership

NHS Birmimgham East and North has created a leadership development model which pulls together the various programmes and initiatives in place, thereby creating an interlocking framework for leadership development applicable at various levels within the Trust. 

This includes participation in the Local Health Economy Coaching Collaborative and the PRIDE management development programme. This is open to all current and emerging managers and offers key management skill development.
