Communications and Involvement
The Communications and Involvement team at NHS Birmingham East and North is responsible for the following:
- Communicating effectively with patients, the public, staff and the media and regular publications
- Actively engaging with members of our communities, and using their feedback to shape services through our Patient and Public Involvement Team
- Responding to enquiries and concerns from our communities through the Patient Advice and Liaison Service
- Promoting mental health and wellbeing among black and minority ethnic community members through the Community Development Workers.
