Statement of Purpose
The Community Health Services team at NHS Birmingham East and North has developed a Statement of Purpose that aims to meet requirements in-line with all relevant legislation, namely the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and the Care Quality Commission (Registration) Regulations 2009, by outlining how we will fulfil our range of duties and responsibilities in meeting the needs of the communities we serve.
The Statement of Purpose will be reviewed and updated by the NHS BEN CHS Directorate as required to ensure accuracy is reasonably maintained.
