Community Health Services

Community Health Services (CHS) was the care ‘provider’ part of NHS Birmingham East and North primary care trust until 01 December 2010.

Many of the services that were managed by this arm of the trust have moved to Birmingham Community Healthcare (BCHC) NHS Trust. This should not have any impact on the service delivered to people in east and north Birmingham. Please contact BCHC NHS Trust with any queries.

The following services, or services being provided at these locations, did not transfer to BCHC.

• John Taylor Hospice
• Warren Farm Urgent Care Centre
• Washwood Heath Urgent Care Centre
